Once your order is complete, you'll receive instant access to your files via email, along with step by step guidance on how to edit and finalise your stationery.
Can I personalise the designs?
Yes. All suites are designed to be easily personalised, allowing you to refine names, dates, wording and details to suit your celebration.
Do you offer revisions or support during editing?
Each suite includes clear guidance to support the editing process, extra support is available from our team contact@altierweddings.com, with higher tiers offering extended refinement and personalised design support.
Are these digital or printed invitations?
Altier Weddings specialises in digital stationery. Final files are prepared for seamless use across print and online formats, allowing you to choose your preferred printer.
How long does the process take?
Most clients complete their edits shortly after purchase. The overall timeline depends on how quickly edits are finalised, with guidance provided throughout.
Can I use a different printer or print internationally?
Yes. Our digital format allows you the flexibility to print locally or internationally using your preferred supplier.
Is this suitable for destination weddings?
Absolutely. Our suites are designed with destination and international celebrations in mind, offering flexibility across locations and timelines.
Can I upgrade my suite later?
Yes. If you wish to expand your stationery or move to a higher tier in the future, upgrades can be arranged.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellations Policy for full details.
Can I print my stationery as many times as I need?
Each purchase includes a licence for unlimited personal printing for one wedding event. Files are not to be resold, shared or used for commercial purposes.
